QUOTATIONS AND ACCEPTANCES:For immediate acceptance and subject to change without notice. All items quoted herein are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without any warranties, unless otherwise noted on this document. All items quoted herein are subject to prior sale. This proposal and acceptance is made with the mutual understanding that orders are not subject to cancellation. Shipping date, if stated herein is approximate only and is conditional upon delays or non-performance occasioned by strikes, fires or other causes beyond our control.

TERMS: One-third with order, balance due before shipment. All prices quoted are exclusive of any government tax.

INDEMNIFICATION: Buyer acknowledges that all items quoted herein were not manufactured nor designed by the Seller. As the Seller does not know the specific application of the items quoted herein by the Buyer, Buyer acknowledges that there are no warranties regarding merchantability or suitability for any particular utilization whatsoever. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any and all liability arising or caused by Buyers or Buyers assignees use or operation thereof. Buyer agrees to defend Seller and Seller's agents from and against all claims and lawsuits arising out of incidental or deliberate use of said machine.

It is expressly buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, state and local government laws, rules and regulations relating to safety standards.
