Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any and all liability arising or caused by Buyers or Buyers assignees use or operation thereof. Buyer agrees to defend Seller and Seller's agents from and against all claims and lawsuits arising out of incidental or deliberate use of said machine.

It is expressly buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, state and local government laws, rules and regulations relating to safety standards.
